Who runs this
Review Wave (reviewwave.app) is a board where people list projects, services and apps and take orders for them. We sell space on the board. We are not a party to the deals made through it and we never hold anyone's money. Questions about this page, or a request to delete your data: yevhen321@gmail.com.
What we store about you
An account: your email address, the name and picture you chose (or the ones Google gave us if you signed in that way), your language, and your email preferences. What you publish: listings, articles, prices, the links and contacts you put in them. This is public by design. Orders: what was ordered, the amount, the email and contact details the buyer gave, the answers to the seller's questions, any files attached, and the messages between the two sides. An order can be placed without an account — then we hold only the address given at checkout and the secret link that opens it. Payments for credits: the amount, the pack, and the payment identifier from the processor. Card and wallet details never reach us. Technical records: our hosting keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for a short period.
Why
To run your account, to show what you published, to pass orders and messages between buyer and seller, to send mail about deals in progress, and to keep the board free of listings that break our rules. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell anything about you to anyone.
Cookies
Two kinds, both necessary. A session cookie that keeps you signed in, and small cookies that remember your language and light or dark theme. No advertising or tracking cookies, no third-party analytics that follow you across sites.
Who else processes it
Supabase — the database and sign-in. Vercel — hosting. Resend — sending our email. NOWPayments — crypto payments, when you buy credits. Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google, and only to confirm your identity and pass us your name, picture and address. Each of them acts on our instructions and has its own privacy terms.
How long
Your account and what you published stay until you ask us to delete them. Orders and their messages are kept while the deal may still matter to either side, and are removed with the account. Sent mail is logged for 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile, your listings and your articles; an order that another person is also a party to may be kept in a reduced form, without your contact details, because it is their record too.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — write to yevhen321@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. Most of it you can do yourself: the profile page edits your name, picture, language and email preferences, and a listing or an article can be deleted from your dashboard. If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR rights apply to you and this paragraph is how you use them.
Children
The board is not for people under 16. We do not knowingly keep accounts for them; if you believe a child has registered, write to us and we will remove it.
Plain-language summary of what we actually do, written by the people who built the site rather than by a law firm. If something here is unclear or looks wrong, write to us — we would rather fix the page than argue about it.
