What Review Wave is
Review Wave is a showcase board. We sell space on it. We are not a party to any deal between members, and we do not hold, transfer or escrow money. Payment for a member's product or service happens directly between the buyer and that member, using that member's own payment details.
Orders and messages
A buyer can place an order through the site, and both sides can write to each other inside it. That order and that conversation are a record we keep for both of you. They do not make us a party to the deal, do not guarantee that anything is delivered, and do not turn us into an arbitrator. Accepting, declining, delivering and cancelling are decisions of the people involved.
Availability and cancellation
The number of items a listing shows is entered and kept up to date by the seller. Where the platform does not process the payment, we have no way to verify it. A buyer may call off an order the seller has not started; after that the two of them settle it between themselves. We do not refund payments made outside the platform, because we never saw them.
Moderation
Listings are checked before they appear. We reject and remove anything that sells or brokers reviews, fake engagement or ratings manipulation, and anything deceptive, fraudulent or illegal. Materially editing an approved listing sends it back for a check.
Credits
Credits pay for time on the board and nothing else. A credit is spent when you put a listing up, and is not returned once the listing has been published — including if you hide it, and including if we remove it for breaking these terms. Hidden days are not given back: you bought a slot, and the slot runs.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you publish and for whatever comes of it. Use Review Wave at your own risk.
